Instead of working on cards today (actually, I wrote this a week ago, but didn’t take the pictures until today… doh!), I decided to finish up a couple of holiday projects that I’ve been putting off while I’ve been working on a LOT of cards.
In mid-November, I had picked up some notepads in the Target Dollar Spot. Today I made and decorated some covers.
They were pretty easy to do, so I didn’t do a video…yet. Please email me, or comment below, if you’d like a full tutorial on creating these notepad covers.

I got the idea from some YouTube videos I’d seen over the last year. I love seeing what other folks can make from paper and glue. These amazing crafters are such an inspiration!
I also made some hot cocoa die cut tags. I’m giving the notepads out as gifts, so the tag is perfect to go on the outside.
Once those were done, I converted some rosettes, dimensional stickers, and bakers twine into some cute ornaments. The stickers were ones I had picked up at Michaels last year. I just glued them to the front center of the rosettes with strong adhesive, and then hot glued some bakers twine to form a loop on the back. ( I also posted these in a craft challenge at Crafters Castle, so drop by to see all the awesome projects, and enter yourself!)

Thanks for stopping by for liking and following my blog and Youtube channel and for all of your comments. I love reading them and really appreciate your support.
