Hi Guys! I’m Debbie with Debbie J’s Crafting Corner. As soon as I got the new collection from Scrappy Tails, I had to start playing. Here’s a quick look at one of the first projects I made using the adorable Aviator Sunglasses die set.
First, I colored all the little pieces for the beach scene reflected in the sunglasses. The die set includes the ocean, sun, a chair, umbrella, palm tree, and sand. I used alcohol markers to give everything a vibrant sunrise or sunset look.
After coloring, I layered the pieces to create tiny scenes on the sunglasses. Sabrina, the designer, did a fantastic job with this set!
For the card background, I used an old gel press panel that looked like water. I then created a little beach scene for the sunglasses to sit in, adding depth and dimension.
