Let’s make an Easy Trick or Treat Card !

Today, I’m using Die cuts to create this Halloween Card featuring some cute trick or treaters.

This card is really easy to make and only uses a couple of die cuts and a couple of stamps.

We’ll start off by cutting a large circle using a large die from the SIZZIX NESTED CIRCLE FRAMELITS set.

Then I’m using a large scrap from one of the papers that I used in my Slimline Halloween Card Video.  If you missed it, I’m leaving a link to it here.

What I’m creating is an easy night time scene for our trick or treaters to walk across.  Just a night sky, and a huge moon.

I picked the paper because I didn’t want pure black and it has a little texture variation like a night sky would.  You could also create your own background using inks, but I wanted to keep this simple and use up some of my paper scraps.

Next I’m using a new die set from Sizzix.  These are the Halloween Silhouette dies that were just released and are just too darn cute.

Now that I’ve decided on placement, I’ll adhere everything down using my Dotliner and Art Glitter glue.
