Make your own CREEPY Metallic Embellishments
I’m always wanting to try new techniques and project ideas, and find myself falling back on the same ones time and again. I’ve done the faux metal technique by triple heat embossing a few times, but I’d never tried using the Ultra-Thick Embossing (UTE) Powder technique that I saw Lindsay the Frugal Crafter do a couple of years ago. I mean, I bought the supplies, but never used it…. sound familiar? So I decided to use a plain black die-cut, and see what happened. I absolutely love the result. I’ll have to use UTE more often!
