Today I’m sharing my design team project, a masculine card using the Rusty Rails Digital Kit from Taylormadecards4u.

Before we get started, I want to remind you that Taylormadecards4u is sponsoring a monthly challenge over at Crafter’s Castle. The prize for the challenge this month is the “Passport to Italy – Digital Kit”.  If you enter her challenge, please let me know!  I love seeing what you create!

What caught my eye when I saw this month’s set?  Why the train of course.  So I built the card around it.

A new to me technique for embossing.

I love the look of embossing, and, after watching a video from Amber Rain Davis at NotableInk, I had to give embossing the train a try. Check out my video to see what I did, and how it worked.

Please be sure to check out some other projects from our design team at taylormadecards4u.  As another bonus, Monica is generously providing a discount code for you! (check the video)
