In Today’s post, I’m sharing a video where I did some real-time coloring in my planner. So if you saw my Plan with me from 1/18/2022, you’ve already seen the finished coloring.

I’m sure you already know that coloring reduces stress?

It’s meditative, relaxes the brain and it’s cheap! I mean, it’s just paper, right?

I guess that’s why I lose track of time when coloring. And I find that WATCHING real-time coloring with nice music does the same thing.
