On tonight’s livestream, Elizabeth and I took on the challenge to create some fun Light-up Halloween Cards. And as always, crafting with her was a fun adventure.

Light-up Halloween Cards. Yes. That was our mission.

And after struggling a bit with my copper tape and LEDs, I can honestly say that my mission was accomplished.

Hi, I’m Debbie and I have this bad habit of not giving up!

I’m not an electrical engineer, and although I usually can figure out the mechanical side of things, the electronic side sometimes leaves me stumped… or maybe is just makes my brain hurt if things don’t work out they way I thought it should.

Anyway.

Elizabeth and I created some incredible Light-up paper projects on this live stream… and I learned a little more about how LED lights work! (Thanks to my wonderful engineer husband that came home from his bike ride just in time)

Before the LIVE Stream, I had to experiment a little. I haven’t made many light up cards. So I gave it a try using a panel that I had in my stash from last year. You know how it is… you die cut or stamp and color more than you use. And we can’t throw anything away, so it stays in your stash.
